This section describes how to submit information for various services. 

We provide the following 3D Services:

These models can be presented on Google Earth (over 350 million users), viewed close up on the internet using a 3D browser (such as Cortona) or downloadable using our own custom browser. 

Below are details on how to submit information to our services.  Normally, most information can be submitted via email and post although we can visit and survey/advise as necessary.

It is vital that as much information as possible can be submitted initially. This will greatly reduce project times and costings.

 

Google Earth Modelling

Model your business / place and get it seen by 350+ million users across the world!  We are currently providing an introductory offer to model and upload your place for only £100 (simple models only).  Please see pricing for more information.
 

Archaeological Restoration

If you are working on a project or wish to view an existing project in 3D, we would require the following information:

a. Detailed plans of site with measurements and scale.
b. Aerial views as well as panoramic views around the site*.
c. Digital photographs of site, especially face-on in good light*.
d. Details of artefacts that would be found on the site, especially pictorial.
e. Date(s) to restore the site to.

Buildings, landmarks and areas

Please provide the following information for reconstructing buildings:

a. Detailed plans of building/area with measurements and scale
b. Aerial views as well as panoramic views around the site*.
c. Extensive no. of digital photographs of most walls, roofing, features, notable vegetation and grounds, especially face-on in good, even lighting*.
d. Photos of notable objects relating to the scene, again, face-on (front, side and plan) elevations*.
e. If internal modelling is required, then all walls, windows, frames, decorations, carpets, tiles and so on, need photographing*.

Interior Design

The following information is required for interior design

a. Detailed plans of room(s) with scale and measurements.
b. Details of items to create and preferably a source where they are described on the internet (such as a catalogue company) with photographs*.
c. Information on Colour schemes, furnishings, curtains, carpets, tiles, textures etc..
d. Sketches of basic layout(s)

Architectural Plans & Planning Permission

Please provide the following information for constructing buildings:

a. Detailed plans of building/area with elevations.
b. Aerial views as well as panoramic views around the building site*.
c. Address and basic description of building area.
d. If required, details of furniture items to create and preferably a source where they are described on the internet (such as a catalogue company) with photographs* of the items found in the buildings.
e. Topology of building area to that ground elevations can be produced correctly.
f. For planning permission, we will also require basic plans and photos of surrounding buildings and features.

Virtual Tours

Depending on the type of modelling you require (above), we can produce automatic walkthroughs (tours) with interactive point and click info, hot-spot mapping, hyperlinks, animations and movies.

We also provide hi-speed, in-house software that is self-contained with the models and textures.  This is very convenient for email, download and CD-Rom production for both Mac & PC.
